Deer You reserves the right to have promotional offers of FREE SHIPPING at various times.  If your order is eligible for FREE SHIPPING offer it will be visible on the website and will automatically apply in your online cart.

Deer You is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. 

Deer You is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues with the shipping company.

Domestic Orders – within Australia

The price of domestic shipping is AUD $9.95 or FREE Shipping over AUD $200

All packages are shipped with Australia Post. This can take up to 3-5 business days to all major Australian cities and up to 5-7 business days to regional and rural areas.  

International Orders

All International orders are sent  Express and can take 3-10 business days for delivery. Signature is required upon delivery. 

The price of international shipping is:

• Customers in the United Kingdom: The delivery fee is £10 or FREE Shipping over £150 
• Customers in the United States: The delivery fee is USD $15 or FREE Shipping over USD $200
• Customers in the Rest of the World:
  The delivery fee is AUD $20 or FREE Shipping over AUD $300

Any customs or import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), tariffs, and other fees that may be applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Deer You is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs and any other associated fees.
